COVID 19 Screening
Do you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath?
If you have answered, “Yes,” to any of these questions, please cancel your appointment, and contact your local Public Health Department.
Patients will be screened during booking and arrival, and are asked to wear face masks. If the patient doesn’t have their own mask, one will be provided. Staff will be wearing PPE including gloves, N95 / surgical mask & optional face shield. Exam rooms are cleaned after each appointment. Only patients are allowed into the building for their appointments.
Health & Safety is our Primary Concern
We want to assure all of our valued patients, and staff, that the current situation concerning the Coronavirus is of utmost concern to us. We realize that there is uncertainty and that the situation is changing on a daily basis.
Our approach to having a clean and safe facility for diagnostic testing remains the same; as our cleaning practices have always been at the forefront of our mind. We have a list of daily cleaning procedures that continue to be carried out, all of which are designed to completely clean all surfaces that come into contact with patients.
We use commercial-grade products that are approved for maintaining clean facilities. From day one, we have used these products, which include solutions, and procedures for cleaning all equipment, as well as disinfectant wipes, that are approved for this purpose.
We have placed hand sanitizers and masks in convenient locations, throughout our clinics. We are also increasing our attention to other surfaces like door knobs, bathrooms, and exam beds and probes.

We respectfully ask that you maintain hygiene and call Public Health, refer to online resources including Public Health, or the MOH, or contact your physician for further information.
What Can Our Patients Do to Help?
We ask that patients be vigilant with their own health by using extra caution in general. Take the usual precautions like frequent hand washing, or using hand sanitizer. Please follow the screening below if you are coming into one of our clinics.
